（中央社記者張建中新竹24日電）無塵室廠聖暉轉投資即將開花結果，旗下朋億預計今年底或明年初登錄興櫃。

朋億成立於1997年6月，目前股本為新台幣2.66億元，主要投入高科技製程系統、設備製造、安裝及銷售。

據聖暉財報資料顯示，朋億今年上半年獲利達1.14億元，以目前股本計，每股純益高達4.3元。

為充實營運資金，朋億近期將辦理現金增資，預計發行300萬股，每股43元發行，將籌措1.29億元資金。

為配合朋億未來股票上櫃股權分散規劃，聖暉將全數放棄認購朋億這次現增，放棄認購股數優先由聖暉股東依持股比例認購。

朋億已於10月18日公開發行，預計今年底或明年初登錄興櫃交易，聖暉為朋億最大股東，持有朋億2224餘萬股，持股比重達83.55%。

若以朋億近期現增價每股43元計，聖暉持有朋億股分價值高達9.56億元，約聖暉2個股本，朋億儼然為聖暉金雞母。1051024

中國大陸「造車」技術創下許多全球第一，除了有全球里程最長的高鐵路線，現在還研發出全球獨有、使用「超級電池」作為動能的「超級電容儲能式有軌列車」，最大特色是充電30秒能跑5公里以上，目前已在大陸3個城市營運使用。

大陸自主研製的「超級電容有軌列車」，目前技術為全球首創，與以往城市裡看到的電車最大不同，是動力來源來自列車頂端由120多顆「超級電容」組成的動力裝置體，可利用每次靠站停車時「秒充飽電」，為城市公共運輸帶來新變革。

由中車集團旗下中車株機研製的「超級電容列車」，每輛造價約1000萬元（人民幣，下同），相較地鐵系統每公里單位造價達6到8億元，可說便宜許多，目前已在武漢、廣州、淮安作為城市公共運輸系統使用。環保又低成本的創新設計，更吸引手機大廠華為青睞，買下作為企業員工的通行接駁車。

使用「超級電容」的新型電車，另一特色是不像傳統煤、油動力車，會產生尾氣汙染，設計上更加環保，也解決傳統電車必須在城市裡架設電網、拉電線的限制，使用列車本身裝置的「超級電池」就可作為動能。
